Founder and President

Alan Cohen is the force behind Consolidated Development. He harnesses the  company’s vision and oversees its growth with detailed strategic forethought and planning. His experience includes 35 years in commercial real estate, specifically institutional finance, and operations. His unique experience allows him to understand the perspective of the institutional lender and he is adept at structuring deals to leverage outstanding returns for institutions, funds, and private individuals who invest in our projects.
